General Notes •Our Egypt package prices are net and best guaranteed and estimated according to the season of travel, and the chosen with / without accommodation. •We basically quote all-out travel programs based on excursions, tour guidance and transportation accommodation is optional. •Prices are applicable all year round, except for the Easter and Christmas peak periods, where is peak period supplement negotiated at the time of booking. •All prices shown are per person and quoted in USD currency. Any other tour is an optional one.
Children Policy: Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise rules; Price per age: Age:0-2years- Free of package Charge. Age: 2 - 6 years- pays 10% of tour package price. Age: 6 - 11.9 years - pays 50% of tour package price. Age: above 12+ years - pays full tour price as per adult person in double room. NOTES: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents. If your tour package includes domestic airfare then extra charges for your children may apply.
Individual Travelers & groups Inquiries for the tours has to be made first to book your desired Egypt trip, then spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25 % which will be deducted from your overall bill. Rest of payment has to be delivered to our representative in the airport as soon as arrival.

All cancellations must be advised in writing (by e-mail) to us prior to your departure during our business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Mondays through Fridays). Cancellations are subject to the following penalties: • 45-31 days before tour starts– 30% of the total booking cost. • 30-10 days before tour starts – 60% of the total booking cost. • Less than 10 - 03 days before tour start date – full 100% resulting in no refund.
If you are returning to Egypt again and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited before, please do not be afraid to ask for any changes to be made. Just let us know, when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation and we will fill any request; if it is possible
